Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities in the construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position TMT steel bars effectively.
• Generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and attending industry events or conferences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies, contractors, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential clients and initiate the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, explaining the benefits of TMT steel bars and their applications.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients while maintaining profitability for the company.
• Establish long-term relationships with clients and act as the primary point of contact for inquiries and support.
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing after-sales support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to clients.
• Assist in the preparation of tenders and quotations, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
• Provide regular updates to management on sales targets, achievements, and challenges.
• Promote the companys TMT steel bars through various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, and trade events.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build brand visibility.
