Job Description
- Will be responsible for handling routine/general correspondence and responding to emails.
- Will be responsible for typing assignments with precision and accuracy.
- Will be accountable for preparation of minutes of the meeting (faculty meeting, counseling meeting, general meeting, board meeting, etc.).
- Will be responsible for maintaining monthly/yearly planner and scheduling meetings with prior confirmation of parties.
- Will be responsible for taking dictation for various documentations.
- Will be accountable for preparation of various presentations for meetings, events, and guest lectures.
- Will be responsible for arrangement of travel tickets for MD as per instructions.
- Will be responsible for day-to-day coordination updating with the internal department.
- Will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date filing and database records.
- Good Communication Skill in English, Hindi, Gujarati
