Presales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Solution selling to create right product fitment at the right time creating value for prospects
• Single point of contact for the prospect at site on weekends & National / public holidays who understands their Realty needs and hence creating an epitome of value
• Servicing of dragging pipeline leads generated from Digital, ATL and BTL Marketing activities
• Responsible for an end to end customer lifecycle management from a Presales standpoint
• Lead nurturing to ensure the right product is pitched to the customer using a consultative approach; thus contributing to overall revenue margins
• Responsible for supporting the front end sales team at Site with detailed customer inputs and specific real estate requirements to enable appropriate allocation to Sales team
• Responsible for being the SPOC at Site’ on weekends & National / public holidays for all clients soured by Presales
• Source conflict resolution & gauge walk-in quality to ensure appropriate tagging at site
• Responsible for maintaining effective relationships and rapport building with prospects
• Referral Generation
• Relationship driven revisit calling to support Sales team

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate degree / diploma – Any specialisation

2. Good academic profile throughout his/her career

3. Up to 12 months of work experience in a Presales / Relationship Management / Tele-sales role (either Sales / Customer Care Associate / Customer Relationship Manager) in banks / wealth management / PE firms / consumer durables / hospitality etc.

4.. Prior work experience in Lead generation campaign role & Real estate will be an added advantage.
