We are looking for an HR Recruiter to take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to Employee Engagement.
Qualification- MBA in HR/MHRM/MSW or similar relevant degree
Experience- 03 to 06 Years
Annual Package: 03 Lacs to 04 Lacs p.a.
Position- Recruiter (HR)
Location- Ajmer (Rajasthan)
Preferred candidate from manufacturing sector (Laser Cutting, Machine tools or Eot Crane)
Job Description:
1)Manage the recruitment cycle and selection process.
2)Expert in hiring candidates from manufacturing sector (White Collars).
3)Expert in hiring candidates for junior, middle & senior level position
4)Prepare daily report & update recruitment tracker.
5)Releasing offer letter/Appointment letter to candidates after selection process and salary negotiation
6)Sourcing and screening candidates through job Portals like Naukri,LinkedIn, conducting candidate interviews
7)Maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
8)Maintaining employee & workplace privacy.
9)Maintaining talent pool of candidates.
10)Managing end-to-end recruitment for junior, middle and senior level positions
11)Close the vacant positions as per TAT.
