Payroll Executive

Role & responsibilities

Primary Part:

• Process payrolls on both a bi-monthly and monthly basis for more than 300 employees. Maintained payroll information by calculating, collecting, and entering data. Accurately calculated bonuses, salary increases, and overtime. Giving Accurate information to consultant of PF, ESIC & PT Challan for monthly compliance.

Secondary Part:

• Advertising vacancies, sourcing, screening, & short-listing resumes through various job portals or else internal reference.
• Preparing various letters like offer letters, appointment letters for completing joining & exit formalities, and documentation of employees.
• Conducted comprehensive The Amfori Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) audits for supplier facilities to assess compliance with ethical, social, and environmental standards.
• Developed detailed audit plans and checklists in accordance with BSCI guidelines and requirements.
