HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily HR operations, including attendance tracking and leave management.
• Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
• Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and the HR department for any HR-related queries.

Requirements:

1. Min 2 yrs experience as HR in a automobile dealership.

2. Good English knowledge & letter drafting skill must.

3. Any degree is fine.
