Job Description: Telecaller - Ganesh Motors

Position: Telecaller

Location: Chennai

Salary:

• Freshers: ₹10,000 per month
• Experienced: Up to ₹15,000 per month
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers are welcome)

Job Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handling inbound and outbound calls related to car sales, service bookings, tyre inquiries, and accessories.
• Providing information about the latest offers, discounts, and services.
• Assisting customers with test drive bookings, home pick-up, and drop-off services.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating details in the system.
• Meeting daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (English, Tamil, or Hindi).
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Timing 9:30am to 7:30pm

Working Days – 6 days Working

Monday to Saturday.

Salary: 1.8LPA to 2.04 LPA (Negotiable)
