Role & responsibilities

• Coordinating with our designated recruitment agencies and filling vacant positions within an organization within specified TAT.
• Designing and implementing SOP for recruitment for the organization.
• Onboarding formalities, induction, exit interviews and retention discussions.
• Redressal of employee grievances and attending to attrition issues.
• Developing own network of suitable candidates.
• Working with organizations to develop a recruitment plan.
• Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
• Drafting and posting job descriptions.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Preparing offer letters and KRA-KPI of the selected candidates
• Ensuring smooth performance appraisal mechanism
• Networking with various institutions and social media.
