Role & responsibilities
• Maintain good relation with all clients for getting payments on time.
• Sending regular follow up email to client for payment and maintaining the records of discussion with clients.
• Legal Filing against default clients.
• Reconciliation with internal sales team at all levels for the collection.
• Supporting the sales team with back end and front end support on disputes.
• Being Responsible for achieving collection targets.
• Developing and implementing in-house collection mailing.
• Responsible for generation, presentation, and distribution of required daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly reports to management and other stakeholders in an accurate and timely manner.
• Responsible for generating both periodic and ad hoc report as needed to management team and other stakeholders as well.
• Taking minutes of various meetings, preparing action trackers from the meetings.
