Assistant Manager - Accounts Payables

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts Payables at Medanta Gurgaon to manage the accounts payable processes for our pharmacy retail operations. The role involves ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, reconciliation of accounts, and adherence to compliance standards.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable functions for hospital pharmacy & retail stores (Pan India)
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, purchase orders, and payments to vendors.
• Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and goods received notes (GRNs).
• Coordinate with vendors for invoice clarifications, payment issues, and reconciliation.
• Conduct regular reconciliation of vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and track expenses against budgets for pharmacy operations.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports related to accounts payables.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations for vendor payments.
• Prepare and submit required reports for statutory compliance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in accounts payable.
• Collaborate with the procurement and finance teams to align on payment cycles.

The incumbent should be flexible for travel including visits to clients' locations for reconciliation and settlement, and the candidate should possess strong SAP knowledge, as well as excellent communication and written skills.
