Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, vendor payments, vendor reconciliation, general ledger accounting, GST calculation, TDS calculation, tally ERP, voucher entry, purchase entry, and payment processing.

2. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all financial tasks to maintain a healthy cash flow.

3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to finances.

4. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding sensitive financial information.

5. Provide support to senior management on financial matters as needed.

• Candidate should have good Knowledge on Accounting Principles

A. Should have handled the below Responsibilities

B. Petty cash, Bank reconciliation, Tally ERP, GST, Bills receivables, Book Keeping

C. Coordinate with Head office team regarding Accounting transactions and Clearing Payments

D. Tracking on Cash flow management
