Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand Devdoots service network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or technology sectors, and a passion for building impactful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Acquisition:

• Identify and onboard service providers, including ambulance owners, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and nurture relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations to promote and integrate Devdoot’s services.

Contract Negotiation:

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutual benefits and compliance with Devdoot’s policies.

Market Research:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align partnership initiatives with overall goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales or business development, preferably in the healthcare or tech industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
