Role & responsibilities :
* Lead a team of sales professionals to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities , building relationships and closing deals.
* Develop sales strategies to achieve sales target through effective panning , execution and monitoring.
*Analyze sales data to identify trends , track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional tam to launch marketing campaigns , product promotions and events that align with company goals.
Preferred candidate profile :
* 5-10 years of experience in Sales Management or related field.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding Sales Targets.
* Strong understanding of Sales Strategy , Sales Management , Sales Planning , Sales Forecasting and Strategic Sales Planning principles ..
*complete understanding of the currently assigned territory.
