Sales Professional Construction Chemicals

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage institutional sales through government projects, architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.
• Identify and secure new project orders to drive revenue growth.
• Leverage experience in construction chemicals and waterproofing to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and manage business relationships with key stakeholders, including builders, architects, and contractors.
• Plan and execute strategies to meet assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Assist dealers in achieving sales goals through regular visits, scheme communication, and timely service delivery.
• Expand the dealer network by identifying and opening new counters to enhance sales potential.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure material availability, promotional tools, and seamless service to dealers.
• Monitor and ensure timely payment collections from dealers as per company standards.
• Implement and promote contractor loyalty programs through dealers.
• Foster long-term relationships with MEP consultants, dealers, distributors, and customers in B2B and B2C segments.
