Position Overview:

As Dean of Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our management department. The ideal candidate will provide strategic leadership, foster academic excellence, and contribute to the overall development of our institution.

• A doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Significant academic leadership experience, preferably as a dean or in a similar capacity.
• Demonstrated success in curriculum development and program enhancement.
• Strong record of scholarly achievements and research.
• Proven ability to foster a positive and inclusive academic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
