Infrastructure Manager

Objective:

A dynamic Civil/Structure/Interior engineer preferably Graduate in Civil Engg, capable of handling infra projects and achieving high standards of performance by ensuring completion of all major projects within the stipulated time frame and coordinating with Shiv Nadar Foundation Infra Team on day-to-day basis. Capable of handling and monitoring diverse construction activities independently like monitoring of structure and finishing work with assurance of Quality and Time Management.

Job Description:

• To manage and monitor the entire Construction Projects including overseeing, managing, and directing construction of Shiv Nadar School & Magic Years' projects.
• Manage and monitor the construction process from initiation to final handover of construction site according to approved drawings and permissible Govt compliances in coordination with Compliance Team.
• To manage daily activity interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the Architect. Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation & also checking reinforcement on site as per Bar Bending schedule, liaising with contractor and their representative including attending regular meeting to keep them informed of next plans.
• To proactively approach execution of the project assigned by the management ensuring schedule of all the deliverables. Acting as a Technical adviser to Management for a construction site.
• Assessing BOQs.
• To fortnightly project completion reports and presentations to the management.
• To aid in monthly project planning and collaborating with the Infra Team.
• To help in budget planning and cost estimating and tracking inventory, if required.
• Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
• Hazard planning and troubleshooting of problems or issues, if any throughout the project phase.
• Monitor and guide compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Train and give feedback to construction workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure availability of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Manage and Mitigate risks timely.
• Overseeing quality control health & safety matters.
• Execution and monitoring of day-to-day entrusted works as per the approved plans of Residential Building with all quality requirements.
• Coordinating with Govt Officials and Head Corporate Affairs, for building relating compliances.
