Executive - Finance & Accounts

Cash

• Responsible for handling petty cash and cash payments
• Maintenance of relevant records (Day book & Cash book).
• Coordinating for replenishment of cash- processing of demands.
• Expediting payments as per requirements against valid approvals.
• Preparation of Cash Vouchers.
• Ensuring smooth routine transactions.

Fee

• Maintaining all fee records (Computerized and Manual).
• Preparing and executing fee bills/demands and reminders to parents.
• Collection of Fee and issue receipt against.
• Preparation of fee summary and sending of cheques/cash to HO on daily basis.
• Updating of records of fee and reconciliation with bank.
• Preparation of all MIS related to school fee.
• Preparation of Annual Fee Certificate” for Income Tax purpose for Parents.

Bills & Payments

• Processing of Bills.
• Ensure all processes are in place, been followed while processing the bills.
• Coordination and follow up with Core Office for school related payments.
• Coordination with HCL and Bank. Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Administration, or related field of study.

Experience Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have minimum of three years of experience.
• Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
• Knowledge and implementation of relevant technology.
• Should be cheerful, bright and confident. The candidate must have clear speech. He/she must be a helpful and positive minded person with team orientation.
