Executive Procurement

Overall Supervision and control with regards to Purchase function, Material Receipt, Storage issue.

• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Controlling the leakage of revenue by checking the wastage, unnecessary stocking & recycling of the materials that are of reusing nature.
• Preparation of Daily / monthly cost of consumption report, {Product- wise & Department-wise} daily Receipt Note.
• Proper Coordination with all departments, to maintain professional relationship with all venders.
• Checking the bills with approved purchase officer on the basis of materials received at stores.
• Inventory control management based on demand plan, maintain and optimize purchase forecast in an accurate and timely manner.
• Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general
• Admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Public Administration, or related field of study.

• ● Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written).
