About the Role


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of KAM leads and KAMs to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and ensure client satisfaction for key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensuring the team addresses and resolves client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Meet clients on a regular basis for their expansion needs, operational planning, load enhancement and relationship building
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (Product, ops and finance) to provide timely resolution to the client
  • Performance reports to be regularly shared with all Enterprise accounts
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, thus driving higher revenue through Value Added Services
  • Managing end-to-end account receivables (outstanding dues) from the teams assigned portfolio
  • Maximize profits through positive gross margin
  • Follow established sales processes and policies.

Qualification & Skill set required :


  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in account management, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of key account management principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Customer obsession, Relationship Management , Negotiation & Closure skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
