Job Title: Senior Manager - Business Development (International Telco)

Job Overview:
The Senior Manager - Business Development (International Telco) will be responsible for driving revenue growth through telecom value-added services (VAS) and OTT partnerships across the APAC region. The role requires expertise in handling international telecom operators and executing B2B video content distribution, OTT bundling, billing integrations, and market expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth from international telco VAS business in the APAC region.
- Manage relationships with telecom operators across countries such as Bangladesh, Malaysia, Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Thailand.
- Handle telecom operators including Digi, Celcom, U Mobile, Ncell, Robi, Grameenphone, NTC, Telkomsel, Ooredoo, Dialog, and Mobitel.
- Develop and execute strategies for B2B video content distribution with telecom operators and OTT providers.
- Negotiate and manage content licensing agreements ensuring seamless content delivery.
- Implement OTT bundling strategies with telecom operator packages to drive user engagement and subscriptions.
- Identify and establish direct carrier billing partnerships, negotiating and integrating billing solutions.
- Research and identify new territories for market expansion, forming strategic partnerships and obtaining necessary regulatory approvals.
- Develop strategies to enhance revenue generation from existing telecom operators through cross-selling, upselling, and improved pricing negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across video content, OTT bundling, and direct carrier billing to optimize business outcomes.
Key Result Areas (KRA):
- Revenue growth from telco VAS and OTT partnerships.
- Expansion of business with new telecom operators and partners.
- Successful implementation of new billing integrations.

Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong experience in telecom business development and partnerships.
- Proven track record in managing telecom operators and negotiating agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of telecom VAS, OTT services, and content distribution.
- Expertise in direct carrier billing integrations and monetization strategies.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international business environment.
- Strong market research and strategic planning skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the APAC telecom sector.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in telecom business management are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in B2B partnerships with telecom operators.
- Hands-on experience in video content licensing, OTT bundling, and billing integrations.
- Exposure to handling multiple markets in the APAC region.
