Shani Corporation Limited (SCL), a leading manufacturer supplier of CORA uPVC profiles for doors and windows, is seeking a motivated and eager-to-learn individual to join our growing sales team as an Area Sales Manager.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute B2B sales plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market, focusing on distributors, fabricators, builders, etc
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions for uPVC profile requirements.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality, features, and benefits of SCL CORA uPVC profiles to B2B clients.
- Efficiently negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor information.
- Any Graduate (Mandatory) and/or MBA (Preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in the Building Material Industry.
- Proficient in B2B sales within the uPVC profiles market with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills to establish and maintain connections.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit distributors, fabricators, and builders.
- Laptop for creating sales reports and maintaining a client database.
- Two-wheeler for client visits.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
