Roles and Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area sales targets and increase market share.

2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team; provide ongoing support and motivation to achieve individual and team goals.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders; address customer needs and concerns promptly.

4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape; use insights to refine sales tactics.

5. Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management; analyse results and implement corrective actions as needed.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

7. Budget Management: Oversee area sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effective operations.
