Job Description
Reports to: Regional Manager / Corporate Sales Head
Location / Area of Operation: Bangalore/ Mumbai
Job Summary: We seek an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the product B2B sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. 2. Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key corporate clients, channel partners, and institutional customers. 3. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry. 4. Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and provide tailored solutions. 5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable margins and terms. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics) to deliver customer-centric solutions. 7. Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and sales performance metrics. 8. Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales team members. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in product based companies. 2. MBA Completed 3. Excellent English communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. 5. Strong understanding of B2B sales, channel management, and corporate sales. 6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. 7. Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills. 8. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Desirable Skills: 1. Experience in managing large-scale sales projects. 2. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. 3. Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis. 4.
