Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager (Sales & Marketing) & Regional Sales Manager
Location: Lucknow & Delhi-NCR
Industry: UPVC Doors & Windows Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager (Sales & Marketing) and Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Lucknow and Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market presence, managing customer relationships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to increase revenue and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:


For Project Manager-Sales & Marketing (Delhi NCR):

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, focusing on uPVC windows and doors in building projects (private and government) in the Delhi region.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients in the construction sector.
  • Manage product positioning, branding, and promotional campaigns for uPVC profiles in building projects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
  • Oversee lead generation, client presentations, and negotiations.
  • Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics to optimize efforts.


For Regional Sales Manager (Lucknow & Delhi NCR):

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive uPVC window profile sales by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the fabricator network, and achieving business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricator partners, distributor partners, architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the uPVC doors & windows or building materials industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
