Job Description:
We are seeking three dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to lead and expand our sales operations in Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Kolkata (West Bengal), and Kolhapur (Maharashtra). Each RSM will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding the uPVC window profile business by identifying new business opportunities, making fabricator partners in the region, and expanding the fabricator network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive uPVC window profile sales by identifying new business opportunities, expanding the fabricator network, and achieving business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fabricator partners, distributor partners, architects, builders, and contractors.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to senior management.
• Coordinate with the marketing, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and sales procedures.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the uPVC doors and windows industry or Building materials Industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
