- Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Handle expense reports and budget tracking.
- Schedule, prepare agendas, and take minutes for meetings.
- Arrange business events, conferences, and executive meetings.
- Follow up on action items and decisions from meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
