Location : Delhi

CTC : 5-7 LPA (Based on Experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with expertise in social media strategy to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media campaigns, building client relationships, and delivering results-driven marketing strategies across multiple platforms. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that their goals are met while overseeing the execution of their social media strategies from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship & Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining consistent and proactive communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and a deep understanding of their business goals.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, status meetings, and strategy calls with clients to review performance, discuss new opportunities, and address concerns.
  • Social Media Strategy & Execution:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their target audience, objectives, and business goals to develop tailored social media strategies.
  • Lead the creation of social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, brand identity, and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of social media content, including planning, scheduling, and approval processes, ensuring campaigns are launched on time.
  • Collaborate with internal content creators, designers, and digital marketing teams to ensure high-quality and engaging content.
  • Team Management and Leadership: Lead and manage a cross-functional team to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development for team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Oversee team performance, provide regular feedback, and facilitate problem-solving sessions as needed.
  • Pitch Deck Development and Presentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop compelling and visually engaging pitch decks for potential clients, investors, or internal initiatives.
  • Research and gather relevant market data, financials, and insights to craft persuasive narratives.
  • Ensure the pitch decks effectively communicate the companys value proposition, business model, and strategic goals.
  • Present the pitch deck to potential clients, partners, or investors, addressing questions and adapting the narrative as needed.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Provide clients with regular performance reports, including key metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and overall ROI.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, Sprout Social, Hootsuite) to track social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Client Growth & Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance client accounts by proposing new services, strategies, or tactics (e.g., influencer marketing, paid social campaigns, advanced targeting).
  • Assist clients in understanding the value of digital marketing and social media beyond basic management, helping them see how it can drive business growth.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with creative teams, content developers, and other account managers to ensure that client campaigns are executed seamlessly.
  • Partner with the sales team to help onboard new clients, providing expertise on social media strategy and campaign management during the proposal and pitch process.
  • Client Onboarding:
  • Manage the smooth onboarding of new clients, guiding them through the process, gathering necessary information, and setting expectations for timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role, specifically within digital marketing or social media strategy.
  • Proven track record of managing social media campaigns for brands or clients across a variety of industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, tools, and strategies for organic and paid campaigns.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with experience managing multiple accounts or campaigns simultaneously.
  • In-depth understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, create reports, and present actionable insights to clients.
  • Upselling and account growth experience is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience working in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with paid media strategies (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and the ability to manage ad budgets effectively.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising strategies.
  • Experience with influencer marketing or partnerships.Role & responsibilities
