Role Overview:

As a Talent Management Executive, you will be essential in supporting our Talent Management team in overseeing influencers and content creators. This role offers the chance to collaborate with various stakeholders and gain practical experience in talent acquisition, relationship management, and campaign coordination in the digital media field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Help identify and recruit skilled influencers or content creators across different platforms.

2. Build strong relationships with current influencers/content creators, serving as their main contact for questions, concerns, and collaboration opportunities.

3. Assist in organizing and executing influencer/content creator campaigns, including negotiating contracts, managing schedules, and ensuring all deliverables are completed.

4. Work with internal teams to create content strategies that meet both the brand's goals and the audience preferences of influencers/content creators.

5. Help track and analyze campaign performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions for improvement.

6. Keep informed about industry trends, new platforms, and effective methods in managing influencers and content creators to guide your strategy and choices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field.

2. Good communication skills.

3. Strong people skills.

4. Skilled in using social media platforms.
