Social Media Specialist

This job is for a International Hair care Brand launching in India in Feb 2025.

Job Description:

1. Would be in charge of growing the company's Social channels through

various strategies & channels.

2. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled

posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages

3. Analysing and report back on content, looking at key performance

indicators and content types to make recommendations

4. Well versed in branding campaign creation.

5. Initiative taker & eager to learn new approaches in the work field and

innovate accordingly!

6. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines

coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand

messages

7. Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget

8. Forecast sales performance trends

9. Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
• Familiarity with web design
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelors or graduation in related field
