Role & responsibilities

Tender Palm Super Speciality Hospital seeks a highly skilled Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. The SMM Specialist will play a crucial role in increasing our social media presence ethically, drive organic traffic, generate leads organically, and handle and manage social media accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Social Media fast changing land scape, upcoming trends, best practices, lead/revenue generation, and managing & and optimizing digital and social marketing (SMM) campaigns to maximize ROI.

Even Freshers Can Apply who are trained in digital marketing as a trainee but with very good English communication for the post of trainee.

Preferred candidate profile

SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING:

• Expert in Social Media Handling
• Eagar to Learn upcoming trends
• Understanding of Consumer online behavior
• Build, optimize and scale effective digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition across major Ad-platforms like Google, Bing, Facebook and Instagram
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience for the Ad conversions
• Measures and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Any degree or 12th pass is considerable but very good in English written communication is must who are really good at social media
• Min 1 + Years of experience in digital agencies/web marketing companies is a must.

Skillset & Work Knowledge

• knowledge of Photoshop and other design tools to design creatives for social media
• Good knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, meta pixel, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
• Experience with website optimization techniques, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page strategies.
• Must be Google AdWords certified. Should have deep knowledge and understanding of global ad platforms (Google, Facebook & Instagram, Bing, etc.). This rule does not apply for trainee post.
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
• Strong knowledge and In-depth understanding of Advanced Excel and Google Analytics
• Should have handled a minimum advertising budget of 3-10 lakhs/month (not for trainee)
• Creative problem solver
• passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and developments in social media and AI.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Graduate with good command of English Language (Not for trainees)
