Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to achieve client goals, including traffic growth, ranking improvements, and ROI.
• Conduct competitor analysis, keyword research, and identify opportunities to enhance organic visibility.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry tools.

2. Team Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team, fostering skill development and career growth.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of client projects.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

3. Technical SEO Expertise:

• Oversee website audits to identify issues and opportunities (site structure, crawlability, indexing, etc.).
• Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
• Ensure best practices for Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, and site speed.

4. Content Optimization:

• Develop content strategies aligned with keyword research and audience intent.
• Review and optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, internal linking, etc.).
• Provide guidance on content creation to maximize organic performance.

5. Client Communication and Reporting:

• Collaborate with account managers to understand client objectives and provide tailored strategies.
• Deliver detailed performance reports, presenting insights and recommendations.
• Address client queries and align expectations with achievable results.

6. Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Work with PPC, social media, and content teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy.
• Drive initiatives to integrate SEO with broader marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4+ years in SEO with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and other SEO platforms.
• Proven Results: Demonstrable track record of improving organic traffic, rankings, and conversions for clients.
• Team Leadership: Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide a team toward achieving KPIs.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, generate actionable insights, and solve problems effectively.
• Client-Centric Approach: Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and expectations.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
