Travel Desk Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Book domestic and international flights
• Ensure that travel arrangements meet the companys travel policy, budget, and timelines.
• Act as the point of contact for any travel-related queries, issues, or emergencies during business trips.
• Assist employees with visa applications and other travel documentation requirements.
• Keep track of and reconcile travel expenses, including managing invoicing and reimbursements.
• Other tasks assigned by the management time to time

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in using travel booking systems and platforms.
