Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager - Horeca Sales - SGS India

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage horeca sales for SGS India, focusing on building relationships with key customers such as cafes, restaurants, hotels, and QSRs.
  
• Conduct second party food audits sales to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective communication with clients.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.

Candidate Profile:

• Essential: Graduate/Post-Graduate
• Desirable: MBA Sales & Marketing, Food Business Management.
• Specialization: Customized audit/2nd party audit program (Food Services)- Sales & Marketing in QSR (Quick Service restaurant), Hospitality, Hotel & Catering Sector, etc.
• Industry/ Sector: Certification/Training/Institutional Sales/FMCG/QSR.
• Scope of job /Activities handled: Sales & Marketing/handling of Key Account of supplier/customer audit, QSR chains.
