Senior US Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

1- US IT Recruiters with 1-7 Years relevant experience.

Were giving preferences those who have a exp. as a senior US recruiter designation, SME designation, TL designation - minimum 2 Years.

2- Must have Knowledge of W2 with direct clients.

3- Must have experience with US IT clients and US IT hirings.

4- Hands on experience with Boolean Strings and Job Portals – ATS, Diva, Monsters, Carrier Builder, Linkedin etc.

5- Fill daily, monthly reports of the team.

6- Lead & manage a team of 15-20 Recruiters (including SME’s). Groom the senior Executives & ground level team.

7- You’ll be responsible for client management & client communication.

8- Delegates, assigns and reviews tasks given to team members for accuracy.
