Lead Analyst

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analyst with a strong background in research, data analysis, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects while collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities would include:

Project Planning & Execution: Design and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project objectives, timelines, and updates. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.

Research & Data Analysis: Conduct and oversee primary and secondary research to gather relevant data and insights. Leverage research findings to provide actionable recommendations and drive project decisions in ICT domain.

Data Visualization & Reporting: Design compelling visualizations using tools like Tableau to present insights effectively. Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor project performance and outcomes.

Survey Management: Develop, execute, and manage surveys to gather critical data points for research objectives. Analyze survey results to extract meaningful insights.

Advanced Data Handling: Utilize advanced Excel functionalities for data analysis, modeling, and reporting. Knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is encouraged.
