Customer Relationship Manager

As a CRM Executive, you will assist in managing the CRM system and support efforts to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. This role is ideal for freshers looking to develop a strong foundation in CRM tools, customer data management, and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM System Support

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the CRM platform (e.g., data entry, updates, and troubleshooting).
• Learn and apply CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM under supervision.
• Ensure customer data is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.

Customer Data Management

• Collect and organize customer information in the CRM database.
• Perform basic data segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• Monitor data accuracy and flag inconsistencies for resolution.

Customer Engagement Assistance

• Support the implementation of email, SMS, and social media campaigns.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in collaboration with the customer service team.
• Track customer feedback and prepare summaries for the CRM Manager.

Reporting and Analytics

• Generate basic reports on customer activity, campaign performance, and other key metrics.
• Assist in analyzing trends and patterns in customer behavior.

Training and Development

• Participate in training sessions to understand CRM system functionalities and processes.
• Stay updated on new CRM features and industry best practices.

Skills
