As we continue to grow and expand our presence, we are looking for a highly experienced, results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and help achieve our business goals.

Job Overview: The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the hotels sales strategy to achieve occupancy and revenue targets. This role requires a seasoned leader with 10-15 years of experience in sales, a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and market share.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, providing mentorship and guidance to achieve departmental goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, utilizing market research and trend analysis to explore new revenue streams.
• Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, including booking trends, lead generation, and revenue forecasts.
• Oversee pricing strategies and ensure alignment with market conditions, business objectives, and brand positioning.
• Ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction through tailored sales solutions and exceptional service.
• Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to keep the hotel at the forefront of the market.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of the Delhi hospitality market and industry trends.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing, mentoring, and motivating a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make strategic, informed decisions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.

Education:

• A degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
