Area Manager - Cloud Kitchen (Curry Nama)


Position: Area Manager

Location: Delhi NCR

Company: Curry Nama (A Cloud Kitchen Company, Sister Concern of Seven Seas Hotel)

Reports to: Operations Manager / Regional Manager


About Curry Nama:

Curry Nama is an innovative cloud kitchen company that specializes in offering high-quality Indian and fusion cuisine. It operates as a cloud kitchen, meaning it focuses on food preparation for delivery rather than having a physical dine-in space. The company combines traditional culinary techniques with modern technology to provide consistent and delicious meals. Curry Nama aims to deliver great food experiences to its customers with a strong focus on efficiency, food quality, and customer satisfaction. It is a sister concern of Seven Seas Hotel and has multiple outlets across Delhi NCR.


Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the operations of all Curry Nama cloud kitchen outlets across Delhi NCR. The Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving team performance, maintaining food quality standards, and managing the profitability and growth of the outlets in the region. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership and strategic oversight.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Regional Operations Management:


  • Oversee the operations of all Curry Nama cloud kitchen outlets across Delhi NCR, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Standardize operational processes across locations to maintain uniformity in product quality, delivery times, and customer service.
  • Regularly visit each outlet to assess performance, resolve issues, and implement best practices.

2. Team Leadership & Development:


  • Lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team of kitchen staff, delivery personnel, and customer service teams across multiple locations.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and continuously develop employees to maintain high operational standards and build a strong team culture.
  • Set clear performance expectations, conduct performance appraisals, and provide coaching and mentorship to staff.

3. Customer Satisfaction & Quality Assurance:


  • Ensure that all outlets meet Curry Namas food quality standards and customer service expectations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Monitor customer feedback through various channels and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Financial Management & Profitability:


  • Oversee the financial performance of each outlet, including monitoring sales, food and labor costs, and ensuring the achievement of revenue and profitability goals.
  • Implement cost-control measures and recommend adjustments to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying market opportunities, optimizing menu offerings, and executing promotional strategies.

5. Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight:


  • Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient stock rotation across all outlets to minimize wastage and ensure continuous supply of ingredients.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of raw materials across all locations.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of inventory to meet food safety regulations.

6. Compliance & Safety:


  • Ensure all outlets comply with local food safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and other legal requirements.
  • Conduct regular training on food safety, workplace safety, and compliance for all team members.
  • Implement safety measures to ensure the well-being of staff and customers.

7. Reporting & Performance Analysis:


  • Provide regular reports on the operational performance of each outlet, including sales, customer feedback, and key performance metrics.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion across the region.

8. Brand & Market Growth:


  • Champion Curry Namas brand values and ensure consistency in product and service delivery across all outlets.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure local promotions, campaigns, and partnerships are executed effectively in each market.
  • Identify opportunities to expand Curry Namas footprint within Delhi NCR through strategic location planning and operational scaling.


Qualifications & Skills:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within the food service, cloud kitchen, or hospitality industry.
  3. Proven experience in managing multiple locations or outlets across a large geographic region.
  4. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead large teams.
  5. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and driving profitability.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  8. Ability to work independently, handle high-pressure situations, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  9. Knowledge of cloud kitchen operations, delivery logistics, and food safety standards.
  10. Proficiency in technology platforms, reporting tools, and operational systems.
