Store Manager - Factory

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
   
• Manage and maintain raw material, packaging material, and finished goods inventory.
• Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory management principles.
2. Store Operations:
   
• Supervise store staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Monitor inward and outward stock movement and ensure timely documentation.
• Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to ensure availability of materials as per production schedules.
3. MIS Reporting:
   
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports for stock status, consumption trends, and material movement.
• Provide actionable insights to the management based on MIS data.
• Maintain dashboards for inventory KPIs such as stock aging, shrinkage, and reorder levels.
4. Software Utilization:
   
• Manage inventory using ERP software (preferred: Oracle).
• Update system records accurately for all transactions, including GRNs, purchase orders, and material issues.
• Train and mentor the team to use software efficiently.
5. Compliance and Safety:
   
• Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards in the store operations.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the store area.
6. Team Management:
   
• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve operational excellence.
• Delegate responsibilities and monitor team performance.

Key Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in store or inventory management in a factory setup.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ERP software (Oracle preferred).
• Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities based on MIS data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
