Event Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget.
• Develop creative styling concepts, including themes, color palettes, and decor plans.
• Create and present mood boards, mock-ups, and sketches for client approval.
• Select and source decor elements such as flowers, lighting, drapery, and table settings.
• Coordinate with vendors, including florists, decorators, and rental companies, to finalize decor details.
• Oversee venue decor setup to ensure it aligns with the planned theme.
• Collaborate with event planners and coordinators to integrate styling with the event schedule.
• Work with makeup artists, hairstylists, and wardrobe teams for cohesive styling.
• Supervise decor setup on the event day to ensure timely and precise execution.
• Troubleshoot styling issues and make last-minute adjustments if necessary.
• Provide cost-effective styling solutions within the client's budget.
• Maintain expense records and coordinate vendor payments.
• Research and stay updated with wedding trends and new decor innovations.
