Sales IT Executive

Role Summary

• This is a critical role in IT Function. Key deliverables for this role would be SFA system administration, Sales Data Management, multiple stakeholder management internally and externally and training relevant stakeholders on new process and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

SFA System Administration : -

• Build, Test, Rollout Mobility applications to field force across the country
• Development & implementation of SFA modules for field force in line with business requirements. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of SFA solutions including planning, resourcing, requirements gathering, managing delivery, UAT, rollout and user training.
• Ensure smooth operations of Mobility and Web Systems with zero downtime.
• Response to all SFA related queries within TAT accurately
• Configuration, distribution and up keeping inventory of Mobility devices

Data Management : -

• Operate as a custodian of the SFA System and data in the system, maintaining correct SFA Masters, manage online organogram for the Field Force
• Tracking & analyzing SFE KPIs trend from various SFA reports & business information

Training : -

• Conduct various training sessions for the field to improve their IT capability and help improve their productivity through IT tools.
• Drive the need of online reporting with its benefit & selling the concept with the mind-set of excellence in execution

Vendor & Stakeholder Management : -

• Liaison and Coordinate with system vendors for module development, module enhancement, change management.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders- Sales, MIS, Marketing, Training, HR & IT to understand and deliver business requirements through SFA systems
• Vendor management & new vendor development

Reporting to: AM -Sales IT

• Qualification- Graduation in pharmacy/ science and post-graduation in management/Science Pharmacy.

Essential Attributes (Experience / Exposure characteristics):

• Should have 3-5 years sales experience/ Sales MIS
• SFA related experience should be 2+ years' experience in SFE/SFA (Pharma / Nutrition / FMCG)
• Must have experience in implementation of Mobile/Tablet/iPad SFA application
• Flair for IT tools, technology will be an added advantage

Aptitude (Personality traits / Preferences): High sense of ownership and ability to meet deadlines
