Assistant Manager/ Manager - Accounts

Roles & Responsibilities

Accounts& Audit provisioning : -

• Monthly closure of books and booking of provisions.
• Liasioning with Statutory auditors for annual accounts.
• Co-ordination with internal auditors for quarterly audits

Statutory Compliance Handling Compliance under GST Monthly/Annual : -

• Handling Compliance under Income Tax.
• Handling Compliance under RBI and FEMA.

AR, AP banking & fund management Monitoring Accounts receivable and maintaining hygiene in booking : -

• Monitoring Accounts Payable and releasing vendor payment as per due date.
• Liasioning with Bankers and adhering to the data request of bankers.
• Managing funds and preparing Cash flow bi-monthly for review.

Subsidiary accounts & Consolidation : -

• Handling end to end Accounting and Compliances of Subsidiary company in Bangladesh.
• Handling Banking payments of Bangladesh Subsidiary.
• Preparing Consolidation Accounts of India and Bangladesh Subsidiary Company.

Reporting to : -

• Finance Controller & Head Business Partnering

Desired Skills and Competency : -

• Thorough knowledge of IND AS and accounting policies and procedures
• Knowledge of GST, Income Tax & other allied laws
• Knowledge of SAP B1
• MS Excel
• Team Management & Stakeholder Management skills

Qualification : -

• CA qualified Preferred but not essential
• 3-5 years of experience in financial accounting. Prior experience in FMCG/ Manufacturing industry is preferred
