Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various business functions.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with business heads and HR leadership to forecast hiring needs and create a proactive talent pipeline.
Sourcing & Candidate Management:
- Identify and engage with candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies, consultants, and hiring partners.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to reduce time-to-hire and improve the quality of talent acquisition.
Employer Branding & Market Intelligence:
- Enhance Servotech's employer brand by developing recruitment marketing campaigns and leveraging digital platforms.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Process Optimization & Compliance:
- Implement best practices in recruitment processes and ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide hiring analytics to management.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with expertise in hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
- Industry Preference: Experience in manufacturing, renewable energy, EV, or related industries preferred.
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Data-driven approach with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
