About the Job:

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaboration with Business Leads: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, team dynamics, and technical requirements.
- Employer Branding: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture to enhance the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and optimize processes.
- Candidate Assessment & Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for technical expertise, cultural fit, and potential contributions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to refine recruitment strategies.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong ability to partner with business leaders and understand hiring needs.
- Expertise in candidate sourcing, assessment, and employer branding.
- Proficiency in using recruitment analytics and HR technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative hiring strategies.
