McLaren Strategic Solutions - Blockchain Developer - Ethereum/Solana (1-2 yrs)

ROLE : Blockchain/Backend Developer.

LOCATION : India / Remote.

Years of Experience6 plus.

About the Role.

- Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions, focusing on Ethereum, Solana, and other blockchain technologies.

- Develop and maintain back-end services using Node.js, Express.js/Nest.js, and PostgreSQL.

- Write, test, and deploy secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity, Rust, and other relevant languages.

- Develop and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) utilizing web3.js, Truffle, Hardhat, and other tools.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain solutions with existing platforms and systems.

- Ensure code quality and robustness through test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Participate in code reviews, and design discussions, and collaborate with peers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in backend & blockchain technologies and contribute to the team's knowledge base.

Responsibilities :

- Proficient in Solidity and Rust, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience writing smart contracts.

- Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, NFT standards, and wallet integration.

- Solid understanding of cryptographic algorithms, blockchain consensus mechanisms, and security best practices.

- Extensive experience in back-end development, including algorithms and data structures.

- Proficiency in Node.js and Express.js/Nest.js for developing robust and scalable applications.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

- Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of test-driven development (TDD) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
