Inside Sales Representative roles and responsibilities:
- Communicating with prospective buyers in enterprises (B2B), through emails, LinkedIn and Twitter across identified accounts, sectors, and states of US region (CISO/CIO/CTO/IT Heads/Security Heads)
- Making outbound calls to aforesaid prospective buyers and partners/cloud marketplace
- Fixing physical (1-on-1) or virtual meetings for Sales team members with targeted customers. Calendaring the appointment through email/whatsapp and uploading the details on CRM on a daily basis
- Ensuring that the meetings take place by reminding the customer / RSVP
- Post the meeting, update the CRM (lead/no lead) after speaking with the salesperson. Send a Thank You email to the customer with the sales collateral and details of the salesperson
- Attend daily cadence, and weekly reviews with Sales and Marketing leaders
- Creating and maintaining customer database in the CRM with activity sheet for each account updated on a daily basis
- EDM and Emailers to be sent to targeted accounts on a periodic basis
- RSVP Management for webinars, events and campaigns run by Marketing team
- Ensuring that the targets set for number of calls, meetings fixed, leads generated are met / exceeded
- The candidate will also perform administrative responsibilities at our Little Rock, Arkansas office
Inside Sales Representative requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum of a Degree
- Experience: Fresher - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role at B2B enterprise/s (preferably in IT/cybersecurity) in US markets
- Proficiency in Email, MS Office, Social Media, and CRM software
- Strong listening skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong tele-sales, cold calling, and database management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced technology environment
- Excellent customer relationship & retention skills
