Job Description

Xerago is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to lead and scale the GenSales team, focusing on the USA market.

Based in our Chennai office, this role involves managing a team responsible for driving qualified leads for US market expansion, leveraging pre-identified ICP-aligned prospect accounts.

The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in US B2B sales engagement, team leadership, and multi-channel outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Development:

- Manage the GenSales team to generate quality leads for the US market.

- Coach team members on outreach cadences and ensure consistent outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.

- Monitor and optimize team performance using established lead and lag measures.

Pipeline Management:

- Drive the "Prospect to Qualified" stage of Xerago's sales process.

- Ensure pipeline growth through systematic outreach to Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts.

- Coordinate with Marketing, Direct Sales, and Partnerships teams to optimize lead flow.

- Achieve team targets of 4 meetings per week per team member.

- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams for smooth lead handoffs.

Process Optimization:

- Maintain and enhance structured outreach cadences.

- Track and optimize activity metrics such as email outreach, follow-up calls, and LinkedIn messages.

- Monitor and improve reach rates and meeting conversion metrics.

- Ensure proper CRM usage and data hygiene.

Key Performance Metrics (Per Team Member):

Daily Targets (Lead Measures):

- 4 reaches per day.

- 20 reaches per week (5 working days).

- Weekly Targets (Lag Measures):

- 4 qualified meetings per week.

- Conversion rate: 25% (from reaches to meetings).

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Minimum 7+ years of B2B lead generation experience with at least 3 years in a management role.

- Proven experience managing lead generation teams targeting the US B2B market.

- Expertise in multi-channel outreach strategies (email, phone, LinkedIn).

- Demonstrable track record of achieving team performance metrics.

- Strong understanding of US B2B sales engagement practices and business culture.

- Experience managing teams of 5+ lead generation specialists.

- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales operations.

- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with US business hours and time zone management.

Work Location:

Preferred Location: Xerago Chennai Office, India.

The role involves managing US market outreach during US-aligned business hours.
