- About the Job We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition Manager to lead outbound sales efforts in the USA market.
- This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential B2B clients, ensuring a smooth transition to our sales team for deal closure.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Identify and engage potential B2B clients in the USA market through LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, and other channels.
- Prospecting and Research Research potential customers to understand their needs and assess fit with PromptCloud's offerings.
- Outbound Engagement Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to connect with prospects, schedule appointments, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Lead Qualification Assess and qualify leads for further engagement, ensuring they align with our target customer profile.
- Collaboration with Sales Team Work closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and share insights into prospect needs.
- CRM Management Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement, and lead status in HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
- Market Insights Provide feedback on market trends, challenges, and opportunities in the USA.
- Skills and Qualifications - Required Experience - Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales development or client acquisition role.
- At least 2 years of proven success in USA B2B lead generation and outbound sales.
- Experience in the tech or data industry is a plus.
- Proven Track Record Demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and initiate meaningful sales conversations in the USA market.
- Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tailored for client-facing interactions with US-based leads.
- Goal-Oriented Approach Self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Tech Proficiency Familiarity with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and other CRM/outreach platforms.
- Collaborative Mindset Team player who aligns goals and strategies with the larger sales team
