Energy Manager (5-12 yrs)

Position Overview:

We are seeking Certified Energy Managers for our ESG department in Mumbai and Vapi. The ideal candidates will have a passion for energy efficiency, climate solutions, and sustainability. This role will focus on conducting energy audits, analyzing energy consumption, and providing recommendations to enhance energy efficiency for client organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform energy audits and assessments across industrial and commercial facilities.

- Identify and document energy-saving opportunities and their cost-benefit analysis.

- Develop strategies to reduce energy consumption and carbon footprints.

- Prepare detailed reports in compliance with ESG and regulatory requirements, such as BRSR and CDP.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement sustainable solutions, including renewable energy integration.

- Stay updated on energy conservation technologies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- BEE Certified Energy Manager.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in conducting energy audits including thermal and electrical appliances across industries.

- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.

- Familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting standards (preferred).

- Willingness to travel as per the company's requirements
