Roles & Responsibility:

- Lead and mentor a team of project execution and delivery professionals.

- Take ownership of complex projects from start to finish.

- Develop and implement project plans and manage project budgets.

- Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction

- Provide strategic guidance to the project execution and delivery team

- Work closely with Project Managers to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Conduct research and data analysis to support project tasks

- Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders

- Manage assigned tasks and deliverables on time and within budget.

- Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

- Identify and proactively address project risks and issues.

- Document project activities and findings accurately and concisely.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Masters degree in any related fields

- Experience in project management, consulting, or a related field (depending on level).

- Experience in the sustainability consulting industry is a plus.

- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
